Demand for outsourcing dropped 5 percent in the fourth quarter of 2008 from the previous quarter, according to sourcing firm EquaTerra's poll of outsourcing service providers and its own advisors. The study also investigated the primary reasons why outsourcing deals get delayed, altered or killed altogether.
