For the first time since we started surveying CIOs on their views on the economy, the June results showed a decline in confidence.

For the first time since we started surveying CIOs on their views on the economy, the June results showed a decline in confidence. We again asked CIOs to indicate, on a scale of 1 to 10, how confident they are that economic conditions will improve significantly in the next 90 days for their companies, their industries and the economy,and the overall scores are down slightly. The largest decline? Confidence in their own companies ticked down to 6.0 from 6.2 last month.
