A recent survey from CareerBuilder sheds light on the changes that companies have planned for their overall workforces in the coming months. Here are 10 highlights on the state of hiring in today's up-and-down economy. The nationwide survey was conducted for CareerBuilder by Harris Interactive from May 14-June 14, 2012. More than 2,000 hiring managers and human resources professionals in the public and private sectors participated in the survey, which asked about hiring plans from July 1-December 31, 2012.
