Businesses continue to view mobile devices, mobile apps and their content as new, exciting tools that can increase worker productivity. And that could increase an enterprise's ability to focus on innovation. Mobile enterprises are just beginning to realize how wide-ranging the impact of such devices can be, as internal users and those beyond the firewall engage with content intelligently on any device. "Ensuring that mobile users are able to engage and be productive with a broad array of content has become a critical requirement to ensure user adoption and success for the organization's mobile business initiative," says David Keane, bigtincan CEO.
