Smartphones, Tablets Reign Supreme  Not surprisingly, the most common personal devices used in the corporate world are smartphones and tablets. Personal smartphones are allowed in 96% of BYOD-friendly companies, while 72% of those firms let employees to use their own tablets.

iOS Is More Popular Than Android and BlackBerry  Apple fans, listen up: 88% of BYOD-friendly companies support iOS, compared to 84% for Android. Surprisingly, just 43% of BYOD-friendly companies allow employees to bring BlackBerry devices to the office.

BYOD Keeps Growing and Growing  While 59% of companies currently support BYOD, Webroot expects that figure to grow to 73% by the conclusion of this year. By the end of 2014, 90% of companies are expected to support BYOD.
