No Problems

The debate about whether or not employees should be given the tools they need to work from home usually gets distilled into two camps: those in favor of work-from-home policies, and those who are staunchly opposed to telecommuting. CIOs who support the idea say that it will improve morale and increase chances of employees actually completing their work within the required time. Those against the idea believe that it opens companies up to a world of potential security troubles, due to employees accessing company data through potentially unsafe networks. Like it or not, though, most of your employees are probably already doing some of their work from home, according to the results of a survey of 1,000 U.S. adults conducted May 18-28, 2012, by OnePoll on behalf of Good Technology, a vendor of enterprise mobility management and solutions.
