iPad Adoption on the Rise in the Enterprise

By Don Reisinger  |  Posted 01-21-2013 Print

Apple has been saying for well over a year now that the iPad is making headway in the enterprise. In fact, Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the slate is being adopted by the vast majority of Fortune 500 companies. That was made even clearer in a recent study from Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster. The analyst's findings, which were first reported by AppleInsider and include responses from dozens of CIOs, prove loud and clear that the iPad is appealing more than ever to enterprise users. Better yet for Apple, it's doing so in a convincing manner.
