78% of the IT executives, managers and professionals surveyed said their IT department manages at least 100 custom apps, while 20% said it manages more than 1,000.

75% said continuous testing plays an important role in efforts to meet evolving business needs and expectations, and 26% of those respondents said it plays a critical role.

72% of the IT executives, managers and professionals surveyed said continuous testing requires a major shift in mindset and culture.

In conducting continuous testing, 84% said good tooling and automation are highly desirable or critical to effectively capture and model business requirements. 82% said the same about the need to generate test cases from business requirements.
