Kent Wiley, VP IT Training & Support has left his post. There is currently no replacement.

Duke University Health System

Durham, NC

Jeffrey Ferranti is promoted to Chief Medical Information Officer and VP Clinical Informatics. 

JPMorgan Chase

New York, NY

Mark Katz is named Executive Director, Global Storage Engineering.

Marsh and McLennan

New York, NY

Oliver Schneidemann is named VP Global Information Technology, Shared Services.

Novartis Pharmaceuticals

East Hanover, NJ

Grace Tshanakas is promoted to CIO, Greater China Region.

State of Florida

Tallahassee, FL

Dean Izzo is named CIO, Department of Economic Opportunity. Previously he was CIO at Florida’s Department of Community Affairs.

TD Bank

Portland, ME

Seeking a replacement for CIO Jeff Henderson, who has taken over the Chief Auditor position. A replacement is expected to be announced in November 2011. Until that time, Kathleen Tarquinio is Interim CIO.

Travelers Companies

St. Paul, MN

Seeking a CIO, as Rick Lacafta has left the post. Madelyn Lankton’s office has assumed responsibilities.
