Completed the first phase of its Click Software implementation. The
first phase involved getting the lines of business integrated into the
Click Software application and building a training environment around
the application. The Click Software application runs on 120 VMware
virtual machines with the production environment running on HP Servers.

Moved to Microsoft Office 365 cloud services. CIO Carolyn Parnell oversaw the project.


Dayton, OH

Rolled out a PCI project focusing on the integration of all external
applications for enterprise billing systems. Greg Hollis, Project
Manager, oversaw the project.
